This a great fume extractor for the soldering hobbyist.
It’s solidly built to a high standard, the filters are excellent, and the extraction power is great.

Great Purchase
Researched a lot of extractors, the FC-2002A looked the best for the price and I’ve not been disappointed.
Easy to use and pretty quiet, it’s used on laser cutters and resin printer so it being portable is very convenient.

The air filter works well
The air filter works well. As long as I work close enough to the nozzle it sucks pretty much everything in and I can't smell any resin in the air. The nozzle is also long enough so that the machine can stand on the ground while I work on my table. I think this also improves operation as the blown out air doesn't cause issues with the smoke intake.
This is one of the best improvements to our laser engraving and 3d printing room. It replaced an 8" blower (welding fume fan) and is much more effective at removing smoke and fumes. Many smaller projects do not even require outside venting and makes the room much more pleasant to work in. Controls are very easy and the amount of air draw is impressive.
