Filter cartridge Set

    The filtration system of Fumeclear® XL-300 Laser Fume Extractor consists of 5 layers of premium  filter cartridges, including 1 x 4" thick pre-filter cartridge, 1 x 2" thick fiberglass filter cartridge, and 3 x 2" thick activated carbon filter cartridges.

Pre Filter Cartridge

    It is primarily made of high-quality non-woven fabric, which effectively resists visible particulate matter (particles larger than 10µm).

    The interception rate exceeds 90%.

Fiberglass Filter Cartridge

Fiberglass filter cartridge made of H11 material, filters particles 0.3µm and larger with over 99.97% efficiency.

Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge

 Made with premium coconut shell activated carbon, achieving 99.99% PM2.5 removal and 99.97% VOCs removal, ensuring odor-free performance.

Effective Product Packaging

1. Thick bubble wrap cushioning

The top, bottom, and other vulnerable areas are filled with thick bubble wrap for superior cushioning.

2. Thick box with wooden base

To ensure safe delivery, we've used a sturdy cardboard box and reinforced the bottom of the package.

3. Using PET strapping

Installation Instructions

Step 1:

Slide the clamp onto the hose, connect the 9.84 ft hose to the inlet and the 16.4 ft hose to the outlet, then tighten with a screwdriver.

 

Step 2:

Plug in the power cord and 
flip the power switch on.

 

 

Step 3:

You can start the XL-300 Fume Extractor either by pressing the start button manually or by using the start button on the remote control.
