Filter Use & Maintenance
This product complies with applicable CE requirements, and its purification performance has been verified by the U.S.-based PONY International Testing Agency.
Ideal for applications generating fumes, odors, dust, and toxic/harmful gases, including soldering, laser marking & engraving, printing, and medical care. Open the top cover. Correctly install the high-efficiency filter core, medium-efficiency filter core, and primary-efficiency cotton filter. Replace the top cover and fasten the latches on both sides.
Equipped with a triple-filter design and powerful suction, it achieves an absorption efficiency and filtration rate of 99.97%. Purified air can be directly discharged indoors.
Please check carefully to ensure that the following listed parts are included. If there are any missing or damaged items, please contact the customer service department.

Before powering on the unit for the first time, ensure the following conditions are met to ensure safe operation:
1.The machine is in intact condition.
2.The power switch is in the OFF position.
3.Filter elements are properly and evenly placed.
4.The cover and main unit body are securely installed.
5.The speed-adjustment knob is set to the "OFF" position.
-
Before use, read and follow the safety precautions below to prevent fire hazards and personal injury.
-
This product is not suitable for use in high-temperature environments (above 80°C), or in flammable, explosive, or
greasy environments. -
The power cord must be grounded during operation. The internal voltage of the product can reach up to 310V.
-
Do not remove or install filter elements while the machine is running. Never touch the rotating impeller with hands or other objects. Disassembly of the product for inspection or maintenance must be performed by qualified professionals.
-
Do not use this product in strongly acidic or alkaline environment, as this may damage the brushless motor and shorten its service life

7.1 Filtering Core Installation
Open the top cover. Correctly install the high-efficiency filter core, medium-efficiency filter core, and primary-efficiency cotton filter. Replace the top cover and fasten the latches on both sides.
7.2 Suction Duct Hose Installation
1.Remove the hose from the packaging and attach it to the duct flange on the machine's cover.
2.Rotate the tube to align the fume collection hood with the smoke source. Adjust the suction distance based on the specific application.
-
When adjusting the direction of the suction duct hose, maintain a large loop or bend radius. A small bend radius will reduce suction power. The suction inlet must face the work area directly, with a distance of no more than 150mm.
-
Avoid using the unit in areas with strong air currents, as this may reduce or eliminate suction.
7.3 Machine Operating Instructions
1.Plug in the power cord and confirm that the power plug is fully
inserted into the socket. Turn on the power switch (see Picture 1).
2.Adjust the speed-adjustment knob to start the machine, setting
the airflow according to specific needs (see Picture 2).
-
Before starting the machine, ensure the speed-adjustment
knob is set to the OFF position.
Set the air flow based on actual requirements——avoid setting it too high or too low. Excessively high airflow increases power consumption and noise

7.4 Operator Interface Button Functions
Press the power switch on the machine's control panel to start the machine; the orange indicator light on the panel will turn ON.
Press the power switch again to stop the machine; the orange indicator light will turn OFF
-
If the machine takes an unusually long time to shut down, turn off the main power switch and unplug the power cord.
Phenomenon 1: The system is running, but suction power is significantly reduced.
Possible Causes: Blockage at the air inlet or in the duct; main filter is saturated (no clogging alarm triggered).
Troubleshooting Steps: Turn off the power, open the front door, and check for foreign objects blocking the air inlet. Check if the iar outlet is blocked. If the suction power of the empty machine (without filters) is normal, replace the main filter.
Phenomenon 2: The machine starts but shuts down automatically; the issue repeats when restarted.
Possible cause: Insufficient internal airflow due to excessive resistance in the filter cartridge, leading to oversized startup current and automatic protective shutdown
Troubleshooting Steps:Turn off the power, open the top cover, and check for foreign objects blocking the air inlet. If no issues are found in Step 1, set the speed-adjustment knob to the minimum position, restart the machine, and then adjust the speed to the appropriate level.
Phenomenon 3: The power switch is turned on, but the indicator does not illuminate
Possible Cause: The fuse near the power supply is faulty and needs replacement.
Fuse Replacement Procedure is in the right picture.
Note: If the issue persists after performing the above checks and maintenance, contact the factory or authorized dealer for assistance.
This product uses disposable filter elements. When the filters are used to a certain extent, they must be cleaned or replaced to ensure the machine maintains optimal purification performance.
1. Pre-filter
If you are engaged in laser welding or soldering work that generates large amounts of particulate matter, we recommend installing 2 pre-filters in the FC-100A. This enhances filtration efficiency and extends the service life of the main filter.
After use, clean large particles and impurities from the pre-filter; it can be used if conditions allow
2. Main Filter
Installation: With the handle side facing up, place the main filter at the bottom inside the machine.
Replacement: Replace the main filter with a new one when it no longer effectively eliminates odors from the fumes.
