The activated carbon filter cartridge effectively absorbs toxic gases, chemical vapors, and unpleasant odors generated during laser engraving or soldering.

Its high-density carbon layer traps VOCs and odor molecules to deliver cleaner, safer air in your workspace.

Each filter element should be installed with the airflow arrow pointing downward, positioned in the lower layer of the filtration chamber.

Replace the cartridge when odor removal becomes noticeably weaker.

💡 Note: The XL-700 model is equipped with four 50 mm thick activated carbon filters, which is one of the key reasons it achieves such high-efficiency deodorization performance.

Maintenance: It is forbidden to install filter cartridges or use inferior filter elements in the market. In this case, the equipment is not within the scope of warranty. Please regularly replace original configuration filter elements and [specify what to fill] in order to avoid causing greater losses. Filter cores should be placed in accordance with the standard configuration.

*Note: Changing the location of the filter layer is strictly prohibited. It must be placed in accordance with the arrow directions on it. It is strictly forbidden to touch the fan inlet on the inside with your hands.

How long should I replace the filters?

Very simple. Just replace the filters regularly — no tools required.

Here’s the recommended replacement cycle:

  • Pre-filter: every 1–3 months
  • PP filter: every 2-4 months
  • HEPA filter: every 3–4 months
  • Activated carbon filters: every 6–12 months
