Housing differences: The FC-2001S uses a plastic housing, while the FC-2001A and FC-100A feature a metal housing.
Hose differences: The FC-2001S is equipped with a retractable flexible hose. The FC-2001A uses a fixed silicon bamboo-style hose. The FC-100A also uses a fixed silicon bamboo-style hose and the length is longer than FC-2001A.
Button switch position: The FC-2001S does not have a physical power button. The FC-2001A's power button is located on the back of the unit, while the FC-100A's power button is located on the side.
Remote control and digital panel options: Both the FC-2001S and FC-2001A do not support a digital display or remote control. The FC-100A, however, offers versions with a digital display and remote control, making it particularly suitable for setups where the unit is placed under the desk while the hose is extended up to the work surface.
