The Fumeclear FC-2002A fume extractor effectively pulls these fumes away from your work area, filters them with a 3-stage filtration system, and releases clean, safe air back into your workspace, protecting your lungs from harmful exposure.
Overwhelmed by indoor coffee smoke? The FC-2002A Coffee Fume Eater effectively removes odors and smoke, ensuring clean air for indoor roasting. Ideal for coffee roasters, it enhances workspace comfort while meeting air quality standards.
The FC-2002A fume extractor comes with a powerful three - stage filtration system. The pre - filter quickly traps larger visible particles, while the medium filter of the FC-2002A captures 99.97% of 0.3 - micrometer particles. Additionally, the activated carbon filter absorbs harmful gases and unpleasant smells.
The FC-2002A smoke extractor for 10W to 20W laser engraver is equipped with a high - speed brushless motor. This motor can provide powerful suction for over 20,000 hours without interruption and almost eliminates mechanical wear. Thanks to this design, the device can effectively handle different kinds of debris and dirt. Laboratory tests have verified that its suction power can reach up to 260 m³/h.
The FC-2002A laser engraver fume extractor has an intelligent anti - clogging system. It uses advanced sensing technology and algorithms to monitor the air - flow passages in real - time. When detecting impurity accumulation or poor air - flow, the system automatically starts relevant mechanisms. This can avoid suction reduction and reduce failure risks caused by clogging, keeping the FC-2002A stable and efficient during long - term operation.

The FC-2002A laser smoke absorber features an excellent noise - reduction design. The special noise - reduction coating on the equipment surface acts like a barrier against noise. Meanwhile, high - density sound - absorbing sponges are encapsulated inside, which can effectively absorb the noise generated during operation. The combined effect of these two features ensures that the maximum noise level of the FC-2002A during operation is below 55 decibels.
This fume extractor is ideal for soldering, electronics repair, laser engraving and cutting, and 3D printing, effectively removing smoke, dust, and odors to keep workspaces clean and safe. With the FC-2002A’s external exhaust option, it’s especially suitable for workshops with poor ventilation, classrooms and labs that require outdoor venting, and enclosed fabrication spaces where recirculated air may linger.

In 2023 I started burning original art work into wool hats. I am one of the first to move this form of art into the fashion community. Burning into wool will bring you back to branding days on a ranch. Currently we travel across the United States doing live burning. I needed to find a fume extractor that was quite and efficient. It needed to take care of the smoke fumes to protect everyone and also to protect other vendors merchandise. It now goes everywhere with us and allows us to burn and keep the area healthy for everyone. I love it.

I am using this vac on two X Tool laser machines, the S1 and a F1. The fume collector works great on both devices and is able to keep up with heavy smoke from cutting wood and leather. The filters are easy to change and blow out. The machine did a good job of warning me that the filters were clogged before I was able to realize it. Overall, this has performed great so far at a fraction of the price, would purchase again.
I bought the fume clear to use with my 5 w UV laser and have been nothing but satisfied. It clears a pretty good area in front of the hose. You don't have to be right above it. It will pull the smoke and fumes towards it from good distance.
Ideal for my laser engraver.
Great suction from such a small unit, and the ability to change the pre filters without replacing the entire filtration system is a great benefit.
I have had the FumeClear FC-2002A fume extractor for about 5 days now. I wish there were more stars for me to use. It is by far and away the best extractor for my laser. I had two others... they were expensive JUNK that I returned... but this one meets and exceeds all my needs and expectations. My shop use to fill with wood burning smoke now you cannot even tell my laser is cutting. The size is very compact and it does not weigh a ton. It is a little noisy but no more so that the fan on the laser. I have been telling everyone about the quality of the machine and how its made a difference in my shop. I had a little scare.. I have been using it for about 15 hours and it stopped. However with just a quick read of the instructions... I found it to be a blown fuse... which they included and extra.... now... who does that. I was back up and running in minutes. The extractor has great suction and throws out nice clean air. As you can tell I highly recommend this unit for anyone with a laser.
Yes. The FC-2002A is particularly suitable for laser engravers with 10–20W laser power. Its 260 m³/h air intake capacity ensures effective absorption of fumes generated during laser engraving. The FC-2002 series is also suitable for nail salons (manicure & pedicure stations), small desktop 3D printers, coffee roasting applications, enclosed 10W diode lasers, 13W laser systems, and 20W fiber laser marking machines.
The main difference is that the FC-2002A includes an external exhaust hose, allowing you to vent the filtered air outside — a feature often required by schools, labs, or public institutions to meet air-safety standards.
Visually, the FC-2002 comes in classic silver, while the FC-2002A features a black finish for easy model distinction.

Yes. A flashing power button indicates the unit is in normal standby mode.
Only one pre-filter should be used at a time. The additional pre-filters are replacements for future use.
Yes. The FC-2002A’s external exhaust design allows it to vent air outside, helping meet New York State ventilation requirements for nail salons and similar applications.
If used normally, our Industrial-Strength Carbon Filtration main filter generally needs to be replaced only once in 8 months to 1 year. The glass fiber hepa-filter is generally changed once every 3 months to 6 months.
